Suppose Molar weight of solute = x g
Boiling point elevation = 354.11 K - 353.23K = 0.88 K
Tb =Kb * M
M= 1.80*1000/x*90
0.88 = 1.80*1000/x*90
x = 1.80*1000/0.88*90
