The other molecules are slightly polar and show the increase in boiling point with molecular weight which is normal. Instead, water boils at +100 C, which is very abnormal. The major reason for this abnormal behavior is the strong attractions afforded by the hydrogen bonds.

It is due to hydrogen bonding.
In H2O oxygen is highly electronegative and due to this the electron of hydrogen deviates towards oxygen making it a polar molecule that is creating delta positive charge on hydrogen and delta negative charge on oxygen.
Because of this the hydrogen atom forms hydrogen bonding with oxygen of other water molecules having delta negative charge.
The hydrogen bonding makes the overall bond of the molecule strong. So while boiling water first the hydrogen bond has to be broken and then the hydrogen and oxygen bond will be broken. And hence the boiling point is exceptionally high.
