BF3 has no lp at central atom and hence arranged triagonal planar shape with bond angles 120°
in NH3 ther is one lp on central atom which repel the adjacent 2 bp and the bond angle gets reduced due to lp-bp repulsion and molecule gets arrange in pyramidal shape with bond angles 104°
