The bond angle (O-N-O) are not the same value in NO2 -ve and NO2 +ve

NO2 has a greater bond angle than NO2, because in NO2 there are only 2 bonds and lone pair so the bond angle becomes 180 degree. Where in the case of NO2 there is also a lone pair due to which the angle is less than 180 degrees so bond angle is less than NO2 positve.
