 H2 → 2H 104 kcal, so 1/2 H2 → H 52 kcal
Cl2 → 2Cl 58 kcal, so 1/2 Cl2 → Cl 29 kcal
HCl → H + Cl 103 kcal, so H + Cl → HCl = -103 kcal

Add the last 3 equations together:

1/2 H2 → H, 52 kcal
1/2 Cl2 → Cl, 29 kcal
H + Cl → HCl, -103 kcal
———————————
1/2 H2 + 1/2 Cl2 + H + Cl → H + Cl + HCl, -22 kcal
1/2 H2 + 1/2 Cl2 → HCl, -22 kcal

Hope this helps you!! :)
