Hi friend
---------------
Your answer
----------------------

Breadth of a rectangle = 5 cm

Measure of the diagonals of the rectangle = 13 cm

Length of the rectangle = ?

Let the length be x.

Then, by Pythagoras theorem,
----------------------------------------------

(13)² = (5)² + (x)²

=> x² = 169 - 25

=> x² = 144

=> x = √144

=> x = 12

Therefore,
------------------

Length of the rectangle = 12 cm
