Let length and breadth of rectangle be l and b respectively.

Then l−b=8㎝→1

And 2(l+b)=60㎝⇒l+b=30㎝→2

Adding 1 and 2, we get

2l=38㎝⇒l=19㎝

∴b=19−8=11㎝

Therefore length=19㎝ & breadth=11㎝
