let the l be x
and b be x/2
then,
        2(l+b)=perimeter
  2(x+x/2)=30
3x=30
x=10
therefore,
 length=10cm
breadth= 5cm

let length of rectangle be x then breadth becomes x/2
given perimeter is 30m,that is 2(x+x/2)=3x=30
x=10
therefore length of given rectangle is 10m and its breadth is 5m.
