If Breadth = 150 m

  • Length will be \rm{2\dfrac{1}{3}}  × 150 m According To Question

Perimeter of Rectangular Field = 2 × (Length + Breadth)

⇒ Perimeter of Rectangular Field = 2 × (Length + Breadth)

⇒ Perimeter of Rectangular Field = 2 × (150 m  + \rm{2\dfrac{1}{3}}  × 150 m)

⇒ Perimeter of Rectangular Field = 2 × (150 m  + \rm{\dfrac{7}{3}}  × 150 m)

⇒ Perimeter of Rectangular Field = 2 × (150 m  + \rm{\dfrac{105}{3}}  m)

⇒ Perimeter of Rectangular Field = 2 × (150 m  + 35 m)

⇒ Perimeter of Rectangular Field = 2 × (185 m)

⇒ Perimeter of Rectangular Field = 370 m

Answer:

The required perimeter is 1000m.

Step-by-step explanation:

we know....

breadth= 150m

and we also know that its length is 2  1/3  times the breadth...

when we convert 2  1/3   to improper fraction ....we get 7/3

therefore , length=150×7/3 = 350 m

now , we have length and breadth...

therefore....we can proceed to finding the perimeter of the rectangle...

perimeter of rectangle = 2 × (length + breadth)

= 2 × ( 350 + 150 )

= 2 × ( 500 )

= 1000 m
