Step-by-step explanation:

Let the length be x

According to the question

Area of the rectangle = Lenght *Breadth

= 2x*x = 1058

=

2x ^{2}  = 1058

=

 x^{2}  = 1058 \div 2

=

 { x}^{2}  = 529

x =  \sqrt{ 529}

= x = 23

Lenght = 23

Breadth = 23*2

Breadth = 46

Perimeter of the rectangle = the fencing around it

Perimeter of the rectangle = 2*(23+46)

= 138m

Rate = 138*35

Rate = 4830

Thus the cost of fencing = 4830
