Step-by-step explanation:

suppose length of garden is = x

so breadth of garden = x + 25%

x + 25/100 =( 100x +25)/100

perimeter of garden = 720m

l + b = 720

x +  \frac{100x + 25}{100}  = 720

 \frac{100x + 100x + 25}{100}  = 720

 \frac{200x + 25}{100}  = 720

200x + 25 = 72000

200x = 72000-25

200x = 71975

x = 71975/200

x = 359.875

so the value of breadth is 360.125
