Answer:

Given data :- The Breadth of are rectangular garden is (2/3) of the length value. And the perimeter is 40 cm.

Find out :- The dimensions of the rectangular gardens =?

“Let suppose that the length of the Rectangular garden = x cm and then the value of the breadth B = (2/3)x cm.”

And we know that Perimeter P = 2(L+W)

2[x + (2/3)x]=40

(5/3)x = 20

x = (3×4)= 12 cm

So, the required value of the length x = 12 cm.

And the required value of the breadth B = (2/3)x= 8 cm answer

Answer:

length is 12

width is 8

Step-by-step explanation:

x is the length...so width is 2x/3

thus perimeter is:

2X (x + 2x/3) =40

5x/3= 20

5x=60

so, x =12

length is 12

width is 2/3 of 12 which is 8
