the breadth of a rectangular park is 7 meter less than its length. If the perimeter of the park is 1034 meter, find the dimension of the park

here's ur answer...

let the length of the park be x

therefore breadth of the park will be x-7

perimeter of the rectangular park=1034m

2(l+b)=1034m

2(x+x-7)=1034m

2×2x-7=1034m

2x-7=1034/2

2x-7=517

2x=517+7

2x=524

x=524/2

x=262m

therefore length of the rectangular park=x=262m

and breadth=x-7=262-7=255m
