The breadth of a rectangular park is 7m less than its length . If the perimeter of the park is 1034m , find the dimension of the park

Now we are given that breadth of the rectangle is 7m less then leangth

Let breadth be X then length will be X + 7

we know ,
$perimeter = 2(l + b)$
1034 = 2( X + ( 7 + X) )
1034 = 4x + 14
4x = 1020
X = 254 m

so length is (254 + 7) = 261 m and breadth is 254 metres
