Hey dude here is your Answer------------------------ ✔️❣️✔️ ❣️✔️ ❣️✔️ ❣️✔️ ❣️✔️ ❣️

Let the length of the rectangle be ''X"

The breadth of the rectangle is one - third of Lenght so x/3

Now ,given perimeter is 240 m

so , Perimeter = 2( l+b)

240 = 2(x+x/3)

=> 240 = 2( 3x + x / 3 )

=> 240/2 = 3x + x / 3

=> 120 = 4x / 3

=> 120 × 3 = 4x

=> 360 = 4x

=> x = 360 / 4

=> x = 90

* The length of the plot is 90 m

❣️❣️Hope it helps you❣️❣️

Answer:

length of plot is 90

Step-by-step explanation:

let breadth be x

.: 3×breadth=length

.:3x=x

.:length=3x

.:breadth=x

perimeter of rectangular plot is

2×length+2×breadth =240

.:2(x)+2(3x)=240

.:2x+6x=240

.:8x=240

.:x=240/8

.:x=30

length = 3x

=3×30

=90

breadth=x

=30
