we have,

b=2h and b = l/2 = l/2 = 2h = 4h = l =4h, b= 2h

Now,

volume = 512 dm cu = 4h 2h h

512 = 8h cu

512/8 =h cu

64= h cu

h = 4dm.

So,

l = 16dm, b = 8dm, h = 4dm.

i hope is a right answer...

Given:

  • Breadth of a room is twice it's height and half of its length.
  • Volume of a room is 512dm^2.

To Find:

Dimension of room.

Formula used here:

Volume of cuboid: l × b × h

Solution:

Volume of cuboid= length × breadth × height

\dashrightarrow\: \sf\ 512=4h × 2h × h

\dashrightarrow\: \sf\ 512=8h^3

\dashrightarrow\: \sf\ h^3=512/8

\dashrightarrow\: \sf\ h^3=64

\dashrightarrow\: \sf\ h=4

Length: 4h = 4 × 4 = 16cm

Breadth: 2h = 2 × 4 = 8cm

Height: h = 4cm

\dashrightarrow\: \underline{\boxed{\bf{\orange{Dimension= 4cm}}}}
