The brightness of light, emitted by a bulb, is observed to decrease when an
electric heater is connected in series with it. Suggest the likely reason for this

It is because in series the amt.of resistance increases and each appliances consume electricity, electric geaser have a high resistance due to which current in bulb decreases and brightness also decreases.
