The UK does not have a (separate written) Constitution like many other countries and IMHO, good job too. There are attempts to create one but fortunately they have not succeeded. Perhaps my cynicism comes from seeing Mafiosi on trial for murder/racketeering or whatever using their country’s constitution to get away with murder.
To answer your question in legal terms, the UK Constitution is whatever laws are on the statute book at any one time.
