yes brook appears to be a symbol of life as when brook starts its journey it was very noisy as children are and when it was going to merge in sea it was silent and slow as old men are.

The brook is poem written by sir Alfred Lord Tennyson. It's a symbol of life as the brook like human beings faces ups and downs of life but it always tries to reach its goal which is joining river. It's give us a teaching of always keep a goal in mind and try to reach it.
