Answer:

To answer this question let's have a look on the divisions.

There are four levels of existence .

1-Soul(you)

2-Intellect

3-Mind

4-Body. So we are the souls having intellect mind and body . When we keep them in this order then there will be no turbulence in life and when they are disordered everything will be blundered out . To keep the soul on the top always you have to be connected to the root of our existence ie GOD by chanting or meditation. When we do these gradually we take in control of our life and there will be no suffering. You have to practically do it to feel it. In most authentic scripture of all time “Bhagwad Gita” lord Krishna said ,”Dukhalayam ashaswatam” means this world is full of suffering and Nothing is permanent here, everything will change all life situations, happiness sadness , weather everything , so if you want happiness that is permanent and there will no suffering then you must connect with the unchangeable, absolute that didn't change with time. For that you have to learn how to connect with him all the time. Chanting the holy name is the only and perfect solution for this . You can try to chant Hare Krishna mahamantra as Hare Krishna hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna hare hare.. hare Rama hare Rama, Rama Rama hare hare.. chaant and repeat as much as possible. so this is the best and most easiest method available today.

5-Wishing you a very happy life with permanent happiness.. for more information you can contact me personally or search on Google for hoe to chant hare Krishna mahamantra..
