the problem is that the positive terminal of a cell is connected with the positive terminal of another cell.

so there is no flow of current through it.

in this case electron does not move .

show the circuit will be incomplete.

to make the bulb glow you should connect positive to the negative terminal of battery.

not positive- positive , not negative- negative.

connect it

once in the positive another in negative again follow the same Path .
