Let the cost of each article be x

C.P of 21 articles = S.P of 18 articles

C.P = 21x
S.P = 18x

Loss amount = 21x-18x = 3x

Loss percentage :

= (3x/21x) × 100
= (1/7)×100
= 14.28 %
