The calm and peaceful ocean

Inani Beach is a sea beach about 20 Km from the Cox’s Bazar. One has to go to the beach through the beautiful marine drive road. You can have a short break to see Himchari, which is on the way to Inani beach and only 9 Km away from Cox’s Bazar. The Hills are situated in one side and sea on the other, which makes it really extraordinary. It has a wonderful view and has lots of coral stones in the sandy beach side. The beach is very peaceful and less crowded than that of Cox’s Bazar main beach. This is a cool place for its silent nature and eccentric environment but very limited beach side facilities. The view of the sunset of this beach is very memorable one.
In November of 1520, an expedition led by Ferdinand Magellan headed into an ocean that was a complete mystery to European sailors. It turned out to be far larger than they expected -- and far calmer. It was so calm, in fact, that they called it the Pacific -- a name that means “peaceful.”
