The capacitance of a parallel plate capacitor is C_{a} (Fig. a). A dielectric of dielectric constant K is inserted as shown in fig (b) and (c). If C_{b} and C_{c} denote the capacitances in fig (b) and (c), then(a) both\ C_{b},C_{c}\  \textgreater \ C_{a}(b) C_{c}\  \textgreater \ C_{a}\ while\ C_{b}\  \textgreater \ C_{a}(c) both\ C_{b},C_{c}\  \textless \ C_{a}(d) C_{b}=C_{c}=C_{a}
