Answer:

3.154159m² for 1 Cylinder

2795.9113m² for 7 such cylindrical vessels

Step-by-step explanation:

We Know that  The capacity of a closed cylindrical vessel of height 84cm is 26.4 litres

we shall find out its radius by adding the volume to the  following equation

πr2h=Volume/Capacity of Cylinder

πr2h = 26.4

3.14159(Value of Pi) x radius² x  height = 26.4

3.14159(Value of Pi) x r² x 84cm = 26.4

263.89356r² = 26.4

r² = 26.4/263.89356

r² = 0.1000

r = √0.1000

r = 3.16227766

since we know all the things to find out the total surface area(Bcoz of a closed cylinder), We find out the total surface area of the cylinder

Formula for total surface area of cylinder = 2πr(r + h)

2 x 3.14159(Value of Pi) X 3.16227766(value of radius from above) X 3.16227766(value of radius from above) + 84cm(height that is given)

= 3.154159m² for 1 Cylinder, SO FOR 7 CYLINDERS

3.154159 x 7

= 2795.9113m²
