Capacity = 9.24 kl
               = 9.24 m³
Volume of cylinder =  \pi  r^{2} h
                      9.24 = 22÷7×r²×1.5
                           r² = 9.24÷(22÷7×1.5)
                           r² = 9.24×7÷22×1.5
                           r² = 64.68÷33
                           r² = 1.96
                            r = √1.96
                            r = 1.4 m
