Question :

The capacity of a pure capacitor is 1 farad. In D.C circuit, its effective resistance will be?

Solution :

capacitance : capacitance(C) of a capacitor is ratio of charge (Q ) given and the potential (V)

to which it's raised .I,e

C = Q /V

↪It is ability of conductor to hold the charge.

capacitor does not work in DC supply.

for DC it's effective resistance is infinite .

see the expression in attachment

therefore correct option is b) infinite

I hope it helps you!
