Water capacity is 64kilolitres = 64x1000=64000 litres

Total families = 80 families

Water sufficient for 4 days so this become sufficient for 80x4 =320 people

So the average would be =total capacity/total families = 64000/320=200 litres.

Hence the average quantity of water needed per family accounts to 200 litres.
