100cc=100cm³

density of liquid=600Kg/m³

=0.6gm/cm³

so mass of 100cc liquid will be m=d×V=0.6×100=60gm

So mass of bottle filled with liquid will be bottle+liquid=45gm+60gm=105gm

Answer is 105gm
