Capital share of a company = Rs. 10,00,00,000.

Number of shares issued by the company = 10,00,000.

The formula for face value =

Capital share ÷ Number of shares.

The face value of each share =

( Rs. 10,00,00,000 ÷ 10,00,000 ) = Rs. 100 /-

The company has to issue each share @ Rs. 100.
