The car below covers the displacement from point A to B in 30 minutes. A car is moving with 25 km .Calculate the velocity of the car in ms-1.

velocity = displacement / time

 30 minutes = 30 × 60 s

                     = 1800 seconds

25 km = 25×1000 m

            = 25000 m

∴ velocity = displacement / time

               =25000/1800

               =250/18

               =13.89 m/s
