if the car can can go 150 km with 25 litres of petrol ,then find how much petrol it needs to go in 1 km: 150/25= 6 litre .

So here we know that it needs 6 litres of petrol to travel 1 km ,then multiply it by 30 litres to see how much it can travel using this much petrol:

6×30= 180
