Given:
1 brick measures 100 cm by 8 cm by 4 cm
164,000 bricks needed

Volume of bricks = 100cm * 8cm * 4cm = 3,200 cm³
3,200cm³ * 164,000 = 524,800,000 cm³
524,800,000 cm³ ÷ 100 cm³ = Rs. 5,248,000

Volume of paint = π r² h = 3.14 * (14cm)² * 30cm = 18,463.20 cm³
18,463.20cm³ * 4 cans = 73,852.80 cm³
73,852.80cm³ ÷ 20cm³ = Rs. 3,692.64

Rs. 5,248,000 + Rs. 3,692.64 = Rs. 5,251,692.64 amount required.
