I put milk on the stove to make oats, got distracted and saw my cat having a lick at it. I still went ahead and made oats in the same milk.

My cat is an indoor cat and very clean and it did not make me umwell. However, I would not recommend drinking the milk a stray cat licked. Strays carry many bacteria and fecal viruses on them, while boiling it should kill most of the bacteria, you should avoid drinking that milk.
