The cell membrane of animal cell can burst during endosmosis while in a plant cell due to the presence of cell wall the cell membrane doesnt burst , then why is it said that endosmosis occurs in animal cells? Shouldn't it be that endosmosis occurs only in plant cells???

Endosmosis is the method
by which water moves in a cell or an animal from the neighboring liquid mixture
through a membrane that permits
specific constituents to pass through it while holding back others.
As far as an
animal cell is concerned, if it is preserved in hypotonic solution, it ruptures
on account of the lack of the cell wall whereas in case of plant cell, the cell
membrane pushes against the cell wall owing to the movement of water in the
interior through the procedure of endosmosis.
