Since O is thee midpoint of A(x, y) and B(-1,-1)
O=
(x 1 + x2  \div 2 \:  \: and \:  \: y1 + y2 \div 2)
Let's assume that the other coordinate be
A(x, y) and the given coordinate be B(-1,-1)

(2,3) =
 \sqrt{x - 1 \div 2 \:  \: and \:  \: y - 1 \div 2}
Now separately equating x and y coordinate
X coordinate =

x - 1 \div 2 = 2
x - 1 = 4

x = 5
Y coordinate =
y - 1 \div 2 = 3
y - 1 = 6
y = 7
Therefore the coordinate of A(x, y) =A(5,7)
