Hey friend,

ANSWER: The central bank increase availability of credit by (C) buying government securities.

REASON: The central bank buys government securities from the public through banks. This results in the transfer of money from the Central banks to the Commercial banks. Therefore, the Central bank can increase the availability of credit by buying the government securities.

Hope it helps.
