Step-by-step explanation:

The centre of the circle is the point of half of the diameter.

Hence, the centre of the circle = 20/2 = 10 cm.

The centre of the circle is given as (2a-1,3a+ 1)

Hence, we can equate both of them to the centre.

10 = 2a - 1

2a = 11

a = 11/2.........(1)

10 = 3a + 1

3a = 9

a = 9/3

a = 3........(2)

Hence from (1) and (2) we can say that the values of a are = 11/2 and 3.

Important Fact

Please note that whenever you are writing the equations and if you are writing in your final answer that from equation " and", then always number the equations and then write in the final answer. It's super important.
