midpoint \\ = ( \frac{x1 + x2}{2} \:, \frac{y1 + y2}{2} ) = (0,0) \\ ( \frac{3 + x}{2} \:, \frac{2 + y}{2} ) = (0,0) \\ \frac{3 + x}{2} = 0 \\ \times = - 3 \\ \frac{2 + y}{2} = 0 \\ y = - 2
hence another end of the diameter is (-3,-2)

as we know that a b is equal to BC in the figure above being radius.
AB = BC
NOW, using the midpoint formula
X 1 + X 2 / 2 is equal to the abscissa of point B
X1+3/2=0
X1+3=0
X1=-3
now Y1 + Y2/ 2 is equal to zero i.e the ordinate of B
putting values
Y1+2/2=0
Y1+2=O
Y1=-2
the the point on opposite side of the diameter is ( - 3,-2)
hope this helps!!!!!
