This is because Centripetal Force is not an actual force. Centripetal Force is always provided by some other external force like- For a satellite the centripetal force is provide by the Gravitational Force.

Centripetal Force only helps an abject to continue its motion in a circular path. It does not, really, provide some extra energy to an object.

Thus, The centripetal force does not increase the kinetic energy and angular momentum of the particle moving in a circular path.
