Centripetal force = 45 N, mass = 100 g = 0.1 kg
radius = 50 cm = 0.5 m
Centripetal force =  mv2/r
         45              =   0.1 v2/0.5
       45 *0.5/0.1 = v2
       22.5/0.1 = v2
            225 = v2
              v = 15 m s-1

Concept Introduction:-

It could take the shape of a word or a numerical representation of a quantity's arithmetic value.

Given Information:-

We have been given that the centripetal force of 45 N is required to revolve a stone of mass 100 g along a circular path of radius 50 cm.

To Find:-

We have to find that the constant speed of the stone.

Solution:-

According to the problem

Centripetal force = 45 N, mass = 100 g = 0.1 kg

radius = 50 cm = 0.5 m

Centripetal force =  mv_2/r\\         45=   0.1 v_2/0.5\\       45 \times 0.5/0.1 = v_2\\       22.5/0.1 = v_2\\            225 = v_2\\              v = 15 m s^{-1}

Final Answer:-

The constant speed of the stone is 15 m s^{-1}.
