the centroid of a circle (4,4) whose vertices are (2,k) (4,3) and (6,6) then find the value of k​

We know that,

y =  \frac{y_1 + y_2 + y_3}{3}  \\  \\ 4 =  \frac{k + 3 + 6}{3}  \\  \\ 12 = 9 + k \\ \\  k = 3

Answer:

( x1+ x2 + x3 / 3 , y1 + y2 + y3 / 3 ) = (4,4)

( 2+4+6 / 3 , k+ 3+6 /3) = (4,4)

( 12/3 , k + 9 /3 ) = (4,4)

k+ 9 /3 = 4

k + 9 = 12

k = 3
