1) Bholi was never given proper health facilities
2) She didn't have clean and hygienic clothes to wear
3) Her parents didn't want her to go to school. She was sent to school to keep tehsildar's word.
4) She was never encouraged to speak confidently to overcome her stammering.
5) Bholi was judged on her outer beauty.
6) She wasn't asked if she wanted to marry Bhishamber nath or not. Her parents didn't cared about her views.
7) When she spoke for herself during marriage rituals, people told bholi that she was being shameless. She didn't care about her father's "izzat".
