Private quelch was a lanky,stooping,and frowning through his horn rimmed spectacles . his appearance and his habit of semonising others gave him a nickname as professor. he was very hard working but he was impractical and tactless which took him away from his goal. he had a very bad habit of interrupting others. he was an intelligent person. he had two ambitions , first was to get a stripe and second was to get a commission
