Franz was a little boy lives in district alsace of france. He belongs from a poor family and famiky background is not too much good. Her family wants franz to do some work and earn money. He has a felling of understanding and emotional also.

At the last day when he came to know that today is the last lesson of french and now onwards only german has been taught so he regrets that why he had not learnt french before. He is very sad on that day on the last lesson of french by M.Hamel.
