the charge body looses its charge if we touch it with our hands . why?

because the charged body had NEGATIVELY charged particles and our body is neutral so when we touch charge body it gets neutralise.

Firstly we should know about the flow of charge...why charge flows ?...
Charges always flows from higher potential body to lower potential and material has to be a conductor from which the flow of charges takes place...
The lowest potential body is the Earth having 0 potential...so when we touch the charged body , charges starts flowing through our body as our body is a conductor and ultimately they reach to Earth as a result charges on the Charged body decreases...
