electric intensity=4pi*10^4N/C
E=kQ/d square
4πe4 N/m = 8.99e9N·m square/C square * Q / (2m) square
means that
Q = 5.6e-5 C
Then Q = σ*A
means that
5.6e-5 C = 64e-7C/m square * A
and so
A = 8.74 m square
And finally
8.74 m square = 4πr square
means that
r = 0.83 m
so answer is r=0.83....
