Answer: Rishunagar is presently a very developed place. There, most of the people were well educated and very developed. In 2015, that city was not so developed. In this year the figure of the devices that were purchased was 40,000 only but the figure changed rapidly and increased upto 1,00,000 (1 lakh) in less than 5 years. In 2018, unfortunately the purchasing rate of computers went down in comparison to the previous year (2017) roughly by 30,000 and not only the computers but also the rate of smart phones decreases by 10,000. But the rate did not halt there and the next year (2019) again it goes up even more than that of (2017). So we can conclude from this graph that the city is quite developed and many of them have the knowledge of computers and smartphones.
