Yes, The chemical formula of two compounds can be same.

There can be variations in structural formula but chemical formula can be same.

We call these kind of compounds as :-

ISOMERS

☸️ ISOMERISM - ISOMERISM is the property by which a compound shows variations in its structural formula.

The structural formula is different but chemical formula remains same.

For example :-

 \boxed{c_4h_{10}}

This compound has 4 carbon atoms and 10 Hydrogen atoms...

The name of this compound is BUTANE

But,

We have another compound with the same chemical formula that is :-

 \rm{c_4h_{10}}

But the name of this compound is :-

 \sf{2 - methyl \: propane}

Again,

We have another compound with molecular formula

 \rm{c_4h_{10}}

But,

The name of this compound is :-

 \sf{cyclo - butane}

Cyclo butane has different properties from that of Butane.

But they both have same chemical formulae but have different structural formulae.

 \sf{thus \: we \: can \: say \: that \: two \: compounds \: can} \\ \sf{have \: different\: structural \: formula \: but \: same} \\ \sf{molecular \: formula}
