In order to realise the objectives of justice and equality as mentioned in the Indian constitution; several special provisions have been made for the National Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes and Anglo Indians. In India the women, children, scheduled castes and scheduled tribes, persons with disabilities, migrants and aged are regarded as marginalised or vulnerable groups. These people are socially, economically, politically and legally ignored and excluded in Indian society.
